Dust-free scattering and milling

The combination Stehr-Bodenstabilisierungsfräse SBF 24 with binder spreaders SBS for dust-free scattering and milling solves a problem for soil stabilization:
Lime or cement as binders are very effective, but also relatively aggressive. This makes soil stabilization near residential areas, traffic, parked cars and airfields often impossible. This applies especially in windy weather.

Solution:
The binder is applied with an integrated dust machine and mixed into the soil. A separate, costly gritting vehicle is no longer needed. The enormous pollution of the machines and the environment deleted.

Equipment:
  • Hydraulically driven rotary valve
  • Filling through
    • Filler (0,8 0,8 x m), screw conveyor or Big Bag - bubbler with stopcock for silo vehicles
  • Level control (optical) with electronic sensors

Optional:

About a specially developed on-board computer binder can be introduced precisely depending on the driving speed.

  • Display running speed in meters per minute
  • Display running speed in kilometers per minute
  • -Tageszähler Of the applied binder
  • -Tageszähler The milled surface
  • -Animated Display the cutter
  • -graphic Display of the binder level (full / empty)
